ACM ORIENTATION DAY

ACM BPDC hosted its official Orientation Session on August 31st, 2026, from 11:30 am onwards in the TP Room. The session served as a gateway for students to discover the chapter's vision, interact with the executive council, and gain an insider's look at the lineup of initiatives scheduled for the upcoming term.
The Orientation was structured to introduce attendees to the vibrant ACM ecosystem at BPDC, a platform that merged skill-building workshops, hackathons, expert talks, and peer-led projects to drive technical growth and teamwork. It also emphasized how any student, regardless of their prior experience in technology, could get involved and leverage the advantages of an international professional network.
Alongside unveiling the upcoming semester roadmap, the event offered a relaxed setting for students to socialize over free pizza. Beyond the formal presentations, the Orientation fostered an inclusive environment where both incoming and returning members felt inspired to participate, share ideas, and advance their personal development.
