ACM Coding Bootcamp

ACM BPDC will be hosting the ACM Coding Bootcamp, a four-day hands-on learning series designed to help students build strong foundations in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. The sessions will take place on Wednesdays (12th, 19th, and 26th November) and Saturday, 29th November, offering participants a structured pathway to explore data science concepts through practical implementation.

Throughout the bootcamp, participants will work with real-world datasets and explore a range of topics that gradually progress in depth. The sessions will begin with data analysis and preprocessing, move into machine learning model building and evaluation, and later cover Natural Language Processing (NLP) using BERT and Deep Learning with CNNs for image classification. Each session will include hands-on exercises and coding walkthroughs to reinforce key ideas.

The ACM Coding Bootcamp is open to all students who are eager to understand how modern AI models learn and perform. By the end of the series, participants will gain valuable technical knowledge, confidence in model training, and practical experience that bridges classroom theory with real-world application.
